Israel warns UK of retaliation if it imposes sanctions

Israel's Foreign Minister Gideon Saar warned on Tuesday that his country would retaliate against the UK if any sanctions are announced by Britain's Prime Minister Andy Burnham, after reports emerged that Burnham is expected to soon approve a ban on Israeli goods produced in illegal West Bank settlements. "If Britain acts against the State of Israel, the State of Israel will act against Britain," Saar told a podcast.
