If you have documents or knowledge of corruption, money laundering, sanctions evasion or market fraud, reach us safely. We protect our sources absolutely, we never reveal a source’s identity, and we verify everything independently before publishing.
Before you contact us
- Do not use a work device, work email, or your employer’s network or Wi-Fi. Employers can and do monitor these.
- Use a personal device on a network not associated with you where possible.
- Do not tell colleagues, friends or family that you are talking to us.
- Do not search for us or these tools on a work device — use a personal phone on cellular data.
How to reach us
Encrypted email (PGP)
Email us at tips@kleptik.com, encrypted with our PGP public key:

Encrypt your message and attachments to that key before sending. Note that email metadata — who, when, and the subject line — is not protected by PGP, so keep the subject blank or generic and send from an account not tied to you.
OnionShare — send large or highly sensitive files
For documents you want to transfer with maximum anonymity, we use OnionShare over Tor. To receive a secure, one-time OnionShare link, email tips@kleptik.com — we will reply with a link and a secure access code. Install the Tor Browser from torproject.org and OnionShare from onionshare.org to use it.
What makes a strong tip
- Primary documents — contracts, filings, bank records, corporate registries, correspondence.
- Specifics: names, dates, amounts, jurisdictions, entity numbers.
- Context on how you know what you know, so we can verify without exposing you.
We read everything, but cannot always reply. We never publish a source’s identity, and we resist any demand to unmask sources. Published by GCIRP, a non-profit — your information funds no one and sells to no one.
