JPSC Paper Leak : Supreme Court Issues Notices to Centre , Jharkhand Govt on Plea For CBI Probe

The Supreme Court today (August 24) has issued notice on a petition seeking an independent CBI probe into alleged irregularities in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) Combined Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2025. The Supreme Court also issued a notices to Centre and Jharkhand on plea for CBI probe into JPSC exam leaks. Senior Advocate Manan Kumar Mishra, appearing for the petitioner, informed a bench headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant that students had been continuously protesting over the alleged irregularities in the examination.
