Majority of British adults approve of settlement ban, YouGov survey says

A majority of British adults approve of the UK government’s decision to ban the import of goods from Israeli settlements in the West Bank, according to a YouGov survey. The survey results released on Wednesday, and based on a poll conducted the same day among 4,506 UK adults, found that 52 percent of the adults approve of the ban, with 33 percent "completely” approving of the ban, while a further 19 percent "somewhat” approving it. Ten percent of the surveyed adults said they "completely disapprove" and seven percent "somewhat disapprove" of the ban that has been backed by 11 other countries. Thirty-one percent of the respondents said they did not know.
