Man faces charges over alleged sex crimes with teenage girls in Miami-Dade

MIAMI — A 16-year-old girl recently told police officers her boyfriend was a 37-year-old man, and he had sex with her and her 17-year-old friend during a visit to his home in Miami-Dade County, records show. Christopher Emmanuel Westbrook was at the Metrowest Detention Center on Thursday near Doral after the alleged crimes on May 15 at his home in Miami’s Brownsville neighborhood, just west of Liberty City. Miami-Dade detectives reported that while at the police department’s Special Victims Unit bureau on Wednesday in Doral, Westbrook “admitted but denied the allegations of sexual battery.” Detectives arrested Westbrook and correctional officers booked him on Wednesday.
