Police arrest Philomath man in sex abuse case involving 15 - year - old girl , Snapchat

The Corvallis Police Department has arrested Gabriel A. Cleveland, 24, of Philomath, following an investigation involving the sexual exploitation and abuse of a 15-year-old girl, the department said Thursday. Investigators learned Cleveland became acquainted with the victim through another juvenile and subsequently connected with her on Snapchat, police said. During their communications, Cleveland sent the victim sexually explicit photographs and videos and asked for sexually explicit images of herself, the report said.
