Hikmet Karcic10/20/2026

Back in October 2025, Milorad Dodik, leader of Republika Srpska’s ruling SNSD party and former president of the Serb-led entity, met Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Minsk, Belarus, and spoke of the “high level of strategic cooperation” between Republika Srpska and Moscow.
